Preston in not only the U.K.’s newest city it is also a vibrant place with a large population of people from all parts of the world. It prides in having a Teaching Hospital and also an international university.

Many from the Asian subcontinent have settled in Preston giving it a wide range of shops catering for Asian food and clothes. It also has many mosques and temples.

From Manchester airport it is only around 50km away and there are regular trains from the airport to Manchester.

As it is smaller than London this gives the advantage of the fact that it is definitely cheaper and safer to survive. Above all, jobs are much easier to find outside London.
